Northern Terminus: WIS 24 at its Eastern Terminus in Milwaukee Length: 11.21 miles County: Milwaukee Routing: WIS 241 occupies the pre-1999 routing of US 41along 27th St. through southern Milwaukee County. Starting at I-94/US 41 on the Racine-Milwaukee County Line, WIS 241 heads northward straddling the Franklin-Oak Creek boundary up through College Ave., then becomes the border between Greenfield and Milwaukee. North of I-43/I-894, WIS 241 is engulfed by the City of Milwaukee, where it ultimately comes to an end at the 27th St.-Forest Home Ave. intersection, which doubles as WIS 24's Eastern Terminus.
