Wisconsin State Trunk Highway 101

Northern Terminus: US 2/US 141 near Florence, concurrent with the Eastern Terminus of WIS 70

Length: 23.54 miles

Counties: Forest, Florence

Routing: WIS 101 traverses predominantly wooded terrain in northeastern Forest and central Florence Counties, starting from US 8 in Armstrong Creek and working its way northerly to WIS 70 at the northeastern corner of Keyes Lake.  WIS 101 and WIS 70 then duplex for 2.5 miles to a common terminus at US 2/US 141 near Florence.

First reassurance markers for WIS 70 West and WIS 101 South, located atop distance sign for Armstrong Creek (24 miles via WIS 101) and Eagle River (54 miles via WIS 70).  These shields are located immediately southwest of the common terminus WIS 70 and WIS 101 have at US 2/US 141 just 4 miles to the southeast of the Michigan State Line.  WIS 70 and WIS 101 will split into individual highways 2.5 miles ahead.
