Village of Pointe-Fortune Signage denoting the westernmost exit in Quebec for PQ Route 342.  While this interchange straddles the Ontario-Quebec boundary, all of the exit ramps are located on the Quebec side of the border.  Click here to continue westerly on the Trans-Canada Highway via Ontario's Highway 417.

City of Montreal Advanced signage for the Boul Pierre exit.  Boul St. Pierre is the first eastbound exit located along Autoroute 40 in Montreal.  Notice the signage informing drivers that it is unlawful to turn right on a red light in Montreal.  This law is common to many communities in Quebec.

City of Montreal The multiplex between Autoroutes 15 and 40 is short-lived.  Autoroute 15 departs from the left side of Autoroute 40 about 4km east of the western junction.  This sign is located about 1km upstream of the eastern Autoroute 15 junction.

City of Montreal Eastbound signage along the Metropolitaine for Boul. Pie-IX (R-125).  Boul. Pie-IX is one of the main roads leading into Laval, connecting directly to the southern stub of the A-25 freeway. Before A-25 was rerouted onto Boul. Henri-Bourassa, it was indicated along Boul. Pie-IX despite the route not being a freeway.
