END PA 39 shield in front of the Western Terminus of PA 39 at Front St.  The Susquehanna River flows right behind the trees that form the backdrop of PA 39's western endpoint.  Since Front St. meets I-81 less than 1 mile from this point, a TO I-81 trailblazer appears at the back of the intersection, along with a second one that precedes the END PA 39 sign.
