Southern Terminus: OH 143, northwest of the hamlet of Harrisonville.

Northern Terminus: OH 681, just north of Pageville.

Length: 3.19 miles

Counties: Meigs

Routing: OH 692 forms the western leg and the stem an inverted "Y" shape configuration of routes between OH 143 and OH 681 in the northwestern quadrant of Meigs County.   OH 684 is the eastern leg of this inverted "Y".
