Southern Terminus: OH 2, on the Defiance-Williams County Line southwest of Bryan

Northern Terminus: Michigan State Line, northwest of Pioneer.  Continuing into Michigan after OH 576 ends is county-maintained Hillsdale Rd.

Length: 20.50 miles

County: Williams

Routing: OH 576 is a north-south route that runs the entire length of Williams County.  The highway begins at OH 2 on the Defiance-Williams County Line southwest of Bryan, then runs north to  Montpelier.  After a brief multiplex with OH 107 through town, OH 576 heads north, crossing over the Ohio Turnpike, and making its way up to US 20.  Following a 1 mile duplex heading west, OH 576 proceeds north for its final 4 miles.  Ending at the Michigan State Line west of Pioneer, OH 576 turns into locally-maintained Hillsdale Rd. at the border.
