Southern
Terminus: Junction of OH 47 and OH 98 in Waldo

Northern Terminus: OH 231, east of Morral, and just southwest of US 23

Length: 17.07 miles

County: Marion

Routing: OH 423 begins at an intersection just west of the US 23 expressway in Waldo that also serves as the Eastern Terminus of OH 47, and the Southern Terminus of OH 98.  OH 423 heads northwest into Marion.  Through much of the city, OH 423 is duplexed with OH 4.  North of town, OH 423 splits from OH 4, and heads north to its endpoint at OH 231 in northern Marion County east of Morral.  Just like at its Southern Terminus, OH 423 comes within 0.5 mile of US 23 at its Northern Terminus.
