Routing: OH 421
serves as a de-facto business route of US 42/US 224, heading through
Lodi while the two U.S. routes are duplexed along a freeway that
by-passes the community to the north. OH 421 begins at the western
interchange between US 42 and US 224, heads into downtown Lodi to a
junction with OH 83, then turns to the northeast to the eastern
interchange between US 42 and US 224, where OH 421 comes to an end. |
