Southern Terminus: US 22/OH 3 near Sligo Northern Terminus: Junction of US 68 and US 42 in downtown Xenia Length: 18.04 miles Counties: Clinton, Greene Routing: OH 380 starts at US 22/OH 3 about 1 mile southwest of Sligo, and heads northerly through northwestern Clinton County and into southern Greene County.
