Ohio Route 303

Eastern Terminus: OH 82, at a T-intersection east of Windham, less than 0.25 mile west of OH 534

Length: 75.73 miles

Counties: Huron, Lorain, Medina, Stark, Portage, Trumbull

Routing: OH 303 begins at US 20 in the northeastern Huron County village of Wakeman.  The highway enters into Lorain County, and heads easterly through rural territory on into La Grange.  East of there, OH 303 passes through northern Medina County, intersecting US 42 and I-71, respectively, as it goes through Brunswick.  Continuing east, OH 303 enters into northern Stark County, passing through Richfield before meeting I-271 at an interchange on the western edge of Peninsula.  There, OH 303 drops into the Cuyahoga Valley, crosses over the river, then re-emerges to intersect OH 8 before entering into Hudson.  Continuing east at a separation of no more than 2 miles to the south of the Ohio Turnpike from this point to the end of the route, OH 303 passes into Portage County, and respectively, into Streetsboro.  The highway crosses Portage County, and passes through Windham, before ducking briefly into Trumbull County, crossing the Ohio Turnpike, and coming to an end at a T-intersection with OH 82, less than 0.25 mile west of OH 82's intersection with OH 534.
 

OH 82 and END OH 303 shields at the back of the T-intersection marking OH 303's Eastern Terminus at OH 82, less than 0.25 mile west of OH 82's junction with OH 534, and just a few hundred feet north of the Ohio Turnpike.  Until the mid-2000s, OH 303 was signed onto OH 82 East, and the END OH 303 shield was located next to the JCT OH 534 shield along OH 82 East.  Now, with the END signage in place here, TO plates were added above the OH 303 shields on OH 534 at the OH 82 intersection.
