Southern Terminus: OH 37, 1 mile northwest of Delaware

Northern Terminus: OH 309 in the Marion County hamlet of Big Island

Length: 22.14 miles

Counties: Delaware, Marion

Routing: OH 203 begins at a T-intersection with OH 37 just northwest of Delaware.  OH 203 heads northwesterly through northwestern Delaware County, entering into Marion County just prior to entering the Village of Prospect, where it meets OH 47.  Continuing northward, OH 203 passes to the west of Marion, crossing OH 4, OH 739 and OH 95 en route to coming to an end at OH 309 in the unincorporated community of Big Island.
