Southern Terminus: Junction of OH 4 and OH 202 in Dayton

Northern Terminus: OH 55, east of Casstown

Length: 22.76 miles

Counties: Montgomery, Miami

Routing: Beginning at OH 4, OH 201 heads north through Dayton and Huber Heights in northeastern Montgomery County. Then, going into Miami County, OH 201 traverses the eastern portion of the county, up to where it comes to an end at OH 55.
