Northern Terminus: OH 7 in Bellaire

Length: 58.40 miles

Counties: Noble, Belmont

Routing: OH 147 starts its two-county journey at OH 78 southeast of Sarahsville.  The state route heads northwesterly into Sarahsville, then heads northeasterly, passing by Seneca Lake prior to passing from Noble County into Belmont County at its junction with OH 379.  After briefly straddling the county line in a northward fashion, OH 147 turns east after meeting OH 265 at its Eastern Terminus.  OH 147 next runs northeasterly into Barnesville and a junction with OH 800, then passes through Bethesda and into Belmont.  After "bumping" OH 149 in Belmont, OH 147 turns southeasterly, and bends back to the northeast in the unincorporated community of Jacobsburg.  OH 147 enters into Bellaire, and ends there at a signalized intersection with OH 7.
