Southern
Terminus: OH 7/OH 124, northwest of Pomeroy. Northern Terminus: US 50, southwest of Albany. Length: 20.15 miles Counties: Meigs, Athens Routing: OH 143 heads northwest from the OH 7/OH 124 multiplex near Pomeroy through the western half of Meigs County, before ducking into the extreme southwestern corner of Athens County. There, it meets the OH 32 expressway, then continues for another 0.5 mile before coming to an end at US 50. Links:
