Northern Terminus: OH 531 in Ashtabula Length: 99.60 miles Counties: Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, Ashtabula Routing: OH 11, is a north-south four-lane freeway serving northeastern Ohio. OH 11 begins at the West Virginia State Line near East Liverpool, where US 30 crosses the Ohio River via the Jennings Randolph Memorial Bridge. US 30/OH 11 trends northwesterly toward Lisbon.
