Eastern Terminus: I-75 (Exit 4) in Cincinnati Length: 19.47 miles County: Hamilton Routing: Concurrent with US 52 for its entire, all be it short length in the Buckeye State, I-74 crosses from Indiana into Ohio near Harrison. The Interstate heads southeasterly through Harrison to its western junction with I-275, the Cincinnati Bypass. After a 4-mile multiplex with I-275, I-74/US 52 trends southeasterly through the western suburban part of the Cincinnati area, before entering the city itself. I-74 comes to an end at I-75's Exit 4. US 52 joins with I-75 South after I-74 terminates. Links:
