Routing: US-62 enters New York State from Pennsylvania southeast of Jamestown. It progresses northerly through the state leading through several small communities before becoming one of the main streets through Buffalo. North of Buffalo, the route turns westerly leading into Downtown Niagara Falls and terminating at Route 104.
