Southern Terminus: At the I-290 interchange in Tonawanda Northern Terminus: Junction Route 18 in Wilson Length: 23.9 miles Counties: Erie, Niagara Routing: Route 18 is a north-south highway that stretches northerly from the I-290 interchange in Tonawanda. It passes through North Tonawanda before leaving the Buffalo metropolis and entering more rural surroundings. The highway terminates on the Shores of Lake Ontario in the small community of Wilson.
