Southern Terminus: The Three level I-390 interchange in Southern Rochester.

Northern Terminus: The "Can of Worms" interchange between I-490 and Route 590.

Length: 5.07 miles

Counties: Monroe

Routing: Interstate 590 makes up the eastern section of Rochester's outer loop highway. While not part of the Interstate highway system Route 590 continues northerly past I-590 to the Lake Ontario shoreline as the Seabreeze Expressway.
