Overhead Clearview guide signs for US 31 South and US 31 North on M-104 West about 0.25 mile before US 31, affixed to a cantilever sign structure just before a bridge over a waterway that connects Spring Lake with the Grand River.  The left lane defaults onto a connector ramp to US 31 South and the Grand River drawbridge, while the right lane goes to Pine St. which, in conjunction with 3rd St., leads to US 31 North.

Sign truss on M-104 West with warning sign and corresponding warning lights for the upcoming drawbridge that carries US 31 across the Grand River immediately south of the M-104 interchange.  This gantry is located approximately 0.5 mile before the junction of M-104 and US 31.
