Southern
Terminus: I-69, at a diamond interchange (Exit 66) at the southern end of Potterville

Northern Terminus: I-96, at a diamond interchange (Exit 86) approximately 2 miles north of Grand Ledge

Length: 12.75 miles

Counties: Eaton, Clinton

Routing: M-100 starts from a diamond interchange with I-69 in Potterville, and runs due north through rural Eaton County into Grand Ledge, where it meets M-43.  Crossing into Clinton County at the northern city limits of Grand Ledge, M-100 continues a short distance north to its junction with I-96, also a diamond interchange, where the state highway comes to an end.

Clearview guide sign on SB Lansing Rd. (Old US 27) approaching the signalized intersection it has with M-100 in Potterville, denoting access to I-69 is possible via a left turn, and M-100 North to Grand Ledge is to the right at the upcoming signal.  Note that M-100 does continue to the south of this intersection, but only for a short distance to the I-69 interchange.
